Backed by more than sixty years of experience since 1960, we keep our payment process transparent, secure, and straightforward, so that you can plan your private journey across Vietnam and Indochina with complete confidence.
Transparent Pricing, No Hidden Charges
Every cost is confirmed in writing before you make any payment. Your tailored itinerary clearly states what is included and what is not, so there are no unexpected fees at any stage of your journey. Our private journeys also contain no shopping stops, which means your time and budget are devoted entirely to the experiences you have chosen.
Booking and Deposit
Once you have approved your tailored itinerary, a deposit of 30% of the total journey cost is required to confirm your reservation. Your booking is secured upon receipt of this deposit and our written confirmation. For journeys that include flights, heritage train tickets, or peak-season accommodation, an adjusted deposit may apply, as advised in your proposal.
Final Payment
The remaining balance is due 7 days before your arrival date. For bookings made within 7 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of confirmation. We will send a payment reminder ahead of each due date.

- International bank transfer to the account stated in your invoice
- Credit and debit cards ([Visa, Mastercard, other]), subject to 3% processing fee, if applicable
All payments are processed through secure channels, and a receipt is issued for every transaction.
Currency and Bank Charges
Prices are quoted in USD. Any bank or transfer fees charged by your own financial institution are the responsibility of the payer, and we recommend selecting the option that ensures the full amount reaches us.
Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy, and the amount returned depends on the timing of your cancellation and the services already confirmed on your behalf. Every request is reviewed promptly, and approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 30 working days.
