Privacy Policy

At VNT Signature, the premium travel brand of Vietnamtourism-Hanoi, we regard your trust as the foundation of every journey. Since 1960, we have welcomed travellers with discretion and care, and that commitment extends to the personal information you share with us. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to design and deliver your journey.

  • Identity and contact details: your name, email address, telephone number, and country of residence
  • Travel details: passport information, dates of birth, nationality, and visa requirements, where necessary to arrange transport, accommodation, and permits
  • Preferences and requirements: interests, dietary needs, accessibility requirements, and special occasions, so that we can tailor your itinerary
  • Health information: shared voluntarily and only where it is relevant to your safety or comfort during the journey
  • Payment information: billing details and transaction records. Card details are processed by secure payment providers and are not stored by us
  • Technical information: your IP address, browser type, device, and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies

Each partner receives only the information necessary for its role and is expected to protect it appropriately.

International Transfers

Because your journey may take place across Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia, and because many of our guests live overseas, your information may be transferred to and processed in different countries. Where we do so, we take reasonable steps to ensure that your data remains protected in line with this policy and applicable law.

Data Retention

We keep your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above, or as required by law. Booking and financial records are retained for 10 years. Marketing preferences are kept until you withdraw your consent.

Data Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse, including [e.g. encrypted connections, restricted access, secure payment channels]. No method of transmission over the internet is entirely secure, but we continually review our safeguards.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website uses cookies to ensure that it functions properly, to understand how visitors use it, and to improve your experience. You may manage or disable cookies through your browser settings, although certain features may then work less smoothly.

Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to:

  • Provide a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
  • Delete your information, where we are not required to keep it
  • Restrict or object to certain uses of your information
  • Withdraw your consent at any time, including for marketing messages
  • Transfer your information to another provider, where applicable

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details below. We will respond within 24 Hours.

Children’s Privacy

Our services are intended for adults. Where a journey includes children, we collect their information from a parent or legal guardian, and only to the extent necessary to arrange the journey.

Our website may contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to read their policies.
